Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, we primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery basis.

Our couriers are authorized to collect payment before handing over the package.
Change of Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within as fast as possible . Once an order has been dispatched to our courier partner, we may not be able to redirect it.
Inspection Upon Delivery

Failed Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will attempt to deliver your package up to two times. If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and cancelled.
